I really wasnt in to the whole MM thing but as I am on limited funds I decided to try it. I brought it home pu t it in the thing and started it up. This screen came up and it was like you have to have an Expansion Pak. WTF Mate?

To get the full awesomeness of MM, you need an expansion pak.  MM is a big game and just the N64's capabilities won't cut it.  Without the pak, you won't get the awesome blurred motion effect and you can't go back in time, among other things.  You can probably get an expansion pak wherever you got MM.

I forgot all about needing an expansion pack.  Isn't it that black and red thing that goes into the controller?

It is black and red, but it goes into the actual console, not the controller.

Well, if you want an expansion pak to play MM, work for it.  Unless you can mooch off of your parents.
