I dont have favorite authors, I have favorite books. It is hard for me to find a book I like but when I do I love it. And I can love one thing and hate everything else by the same author.

JDog

My favorite author is Johnathan Rand.

Jack

Mark Bowden
Robert A Heinlein
David Sedaris

Hes good! My favorites are Bill waterson, and R.L. Stine. R.L. Stine can be pretty scary. He just tones it out in the goosbumps series so the libraries will take them. Has anyone ever read "Hit and Run"? Its great!

My real Poison team in BW2. They all have perfect natures and EV's. I went the extra distance and bred the right IV's into them. Come at me bro.

Hi no Seijin

J.R.R. Tolkien, Eoin Colfer, Max Barry, Michael Crichton, J.K. Rowling.  If we include comic strip artists, Bill Watterson (Calvin and Hobbes) and Bill Amend (FoxTrot).

Am I the only one here who has read a somewhat extensive list of Stephen King books?  It's not that many, but it's quite a bit for a 16 year old.

Calvin and hobbes is the main reason i mentioned Bill waterson. Those comics are hilariouse, and i have almost all of the books. Wierdos from another planet, and Revenge of the babysat, are my favorites!

Hi no Seijin

I'm only missing Revenge of the Baby-Sat.  And I rather like the Scientific Progress Goes Boink.  I love the duplicator, especially with the built in ethicator! ;D  My favorite Sunday strip is where Watterson has that glob of food recite half of the "To be or not to be?" speach from Hamlet. ;D

Matthew Pearl-The Dante Club

I love that one too! One of my favorite strips is the one where hes looking for a motto for his school project and his dad says, "Cyclists have a right to the road too, you noisy, polluting, inconciderate maniacs! I hope gas goes up to eight bucks a gallon!". I was cracking up, because Bill Waterson uses the characters to express his own opinions, as he said in the 10th aniversery edition.
