Ello everybody. Now, I've seen many favorite zelda dungeon topics, favorite zelda boss topics, and favorite zelda game topics. How about a favorite alternate game topic. My favorite alternate zelda game is DK country 3.

Well, when I'm not saving Hyrule, I enjoy bouncing on Goombas and interrogating gaurds. In other words, I like the Super Mario series and the Splinter Cell series. I also like Battlefield 1942, and I'm sure I would like Battlefield 2 as well, if my computer were powerful enough to play it :( .

Another favorite game of mine is Civilization III. Also, I like games that are similar to Zelda, such as Faxanadu (for NES). Finally, and I think that many will agree with me, I 'm a fan of the Banjo-Kazooie series.

I love the Banjo Kazooie series too. And Mario is a given. But I also like non-series games like Rocket Robot on Wheels.
But one of my favorite series is the Myst series.

I don't want to be mean but I cannot think in other game that...you know, but if I had to choose another it would be Super Metriod for SNES, or DK country, I like StarCraft 64 too, and most of the Mario series.

If you wanna know what's my favourite game I'll give you a hint: it's about a princess, a brave hero and an evil king...ha ha ha

Ah, Robot on Wheels. I've spent many an hour playing that game. It's really fun, but I wouldn't consider it a favorite.

Well. I think Golden Sun: The Lost Age is the best, its great! My Favorite character, Felix! Cant wait for GS3!

Darth Sauron

if I'm not Zeldaing it, than anything Metroid will do, Metroid Prime is superb, but Zero Mission and Fusion are also a blast.  Trying to get the 15% endings (MZM) will keep you busy between Zelda releases.  Also I just finished Metroid Prime 2: Echoes on Hard, 100% and I nearly broke down crying....I wish Zelda games were that hard.

Really? I was never a fan of the Metroid games. I just don't enjoy trying to find powerups I should have never lost in the first place.

But I digress. I forgot another one of my favorite games: Super Smash Bros. I really can't believe that no one else put this. I mean, SSB and SSBM are perhaps the best multyplayer games in existence. Why, you may ask? Because they never get boring, that's why! It's a fun game that you can enjoy over and over again.

My favorite games in no particular order are Legend of Legaia, Chrono Cross, Metroid: Zero Mission, Resident Evil (Cube remake) and Civilization III.

Vampire

Devil May Cry. One and two. Mostly I just think that Dante is kickin cool!

And I love Rad Racer for regular nintendo! That game is addicting!

Alpha

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Only the first one; I have yet to get my hands on KOTOR 2.

I also enjoy the Metroid games, Super Smash Bros. + Melee, Age of Empires, Age of Kings, and Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds.

kamakaziplumber

How could I forget KOTOR 2?? That was an excellent game, both times around. In fact, I think KOTOR 2 was the only game I played twice by choice.

You need to play it, Alpha.

Evilslayer

Hmm, I wrote a top 5 list at another board (where I included the best game in each series). It was something like this:

1. The Legend of Zelda
2. Super Mario Bros 3
3. Prince of Persia
4. Tales of Symphonia
5. The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind

As you can see, if I disclude LoZ, then SMB3 will be at the top. ;)

Well, considering KoToR 2 was never finished, I think KoToR 1 is better. But I love KoToR, and how could I forget it?! (CHeck my sig for hints as to my favorite character).

Also Morrowind too, great choice Evilslayer! I played that games for such a long time because it was so open ended. I ended playing it all thr way through three times, each of a different House.

DarkZelda

i still love the Pokemon series! i have played those for 7 years and have had every version. i also like super mario series, james bond games, and that DS game Nintendogs. those are some of my favs( zelda is first though)
