(Note, this only includes S-Rank ninja and Gaara because of his Shukaku abilities. Sasuke and Tobi have yet to be decided an A-Rank or S-Rank. Naruto, Kakashi, Yamato and Guy are only A-Rank. Other characters are left out.)

It's because "Gai" is sid like the word "Guy" so it became "Guy"
