For Zelda, most likely. For Link...it's up for debate. Some say that all the Link incarnations are just coincidences, but some others say that Link, also, has a set bloodline. TP suggests the latter.

Denketsu, we honestly don't know if they get together. They might; it doesn't show us much of what happens after the end of the game. There's really not much to discuss here.
