I saw a link on Penny Arcade today about a person who is selling a decommisioned nuclear luanch silo. It's only $1,500,000 :P, and you can remodel it for several purposes, such as opening the luanch doors foor a 100' skylight. I can't believe that they are selling it on ebay though!

We have a deal, then! I'll send you the money in the box with the vegetable peeler. I can only pay you in loose change, though, but you can easily get cash at a grocery store with one of those machines.
