Mod team addition (topic merge of Zelda Veteran's and Tacheon's mod appointment)

As you know, Zelda Veteran left the mod team last year (Actually, I think it was exactly one year ago) to sort out a few things and he didn't have the spare time to be a moderator here.

That said, he's back and is willing to come back to the mod force.

So let's all welcome Zelda Veteran back to the mod team.

After much thought, i've realized that if i'm not going to visit here much, it'd be a waste of a mod position for me to be a mod, so i decided that in the best interest of the forum, i would like to pass on my position to Tacheon, if he would accept it.
