Guard,or poe collector?

I talked to the guard on night watch and he said he studied poes.7 years later,there's a mysterious man that is unidentified who studies and collects poes.What do you think? ???

It's possible that it could be the same person, but I think that it's someone else; the guard probably would've evacuated just like everyone else in the town.

It seems to obvious a connection for it not to be so, but it does seem odd that he doesn't even mention that your green tunic reminds him of a little kid who used to break pots in that room he spends all his days in.

He's transformed by staying in the Market Ruins for too long, I suppose.

Are you suggesting that this is a bad thing?!? If Ganon didn't take over then what would Link have to do? Sit there all day fishing in a pool? Oh and if the guard/poe collector has collected his poes he would have to leave the market square, surely severing the link with the evil powers flowing from Gannon's castle.

I wouldn't count on that. It's not like that Link changes in any way if he fights Poes for a prolonged period of time, right? ;)

Well, anyway, as for the Poe Collector believed to be the guard, if he really did transform, it would probably be the result of a curse or the aftereffects of something in his food. ;D
