How late do you stay up?

school days, till 10:00 (if i go to sleep any later, i cant function in school)

Well, for some odd reason this week, I've been staying up to like 11 o'clock, and then Im all tired in biology, and once I accedently fell asleep, which is why Im gonna sign off soon.

I go to bed around 1 usually, but 11 is still late for me.  It's a matter of perspective; there really is no right or wrong answer for "How late is late?"

Man, I have so many insomniac friends, it's crazy...

One of my best friends has slept only like 20 hours in the past ten days. He told me himself over AIM, no lie. And he' s actually feeling a little crazy right now, like hearing voices and seeing people...

Usually when I get too little sleep, and my eyes start to drop, I'll start to see through my eye lids and see people walking around... Really freaky man

Too Much insomnia these days... He hasn't even slept since 10 am on friday morning... dang, 2 whole days without sleep and he doesn't even feel tired!
He said that like 5-7.5 mg of Ambien is enough to knock mosst people out, but with him, even 30 mg of ambien takes him hours to fall asleep...  He's gonna faint one of these days...

Tell him to try Melatonin.  It is a hormone or something that helps you sleep.  You can find it in the supermarket along with the vitamins.  I started taking that 3 mgs of that and it helps a lot.  It might help him a bit as well.

you can drink sleepy-time tea. It supposed to have something in it to make you go to sleep.
