Hi no Seijin

Got the game October 4, beat it October 8.  Kind of got boring after I beat the game.  I guess the replay value is waiting a while and then playing through the game again or playing the multi-player mode.

I just beat it today, actually... -held off fighting the final boss for a week or two, then decided to finally fight the second stage today-

I cried fighting the second stage; my favourite character looked like he was gonna die. >_>

Bboy94

:-* Well, at least I know who ISN'T going to die.

alical

It came out here on Friday, and I completed it Sunday.

I <3 Linebeck so much!! He rocks.
As does jolene!!

Spoilers

I've been trying to find the mermaid (i'm guessing it's Jolene's sister, I got the letter). But I have no idea where to look ;-;

Hi no Seijin

Spoilers

Go to Bannan Island and kill all of the enemies on the Old Wayfarer's side.  Once you've done that, Joanne, dressed up as a mermaid, will begin poking her head up above the water.  However, when you approach her, she'll dive underwater and show up somewhere else around the western side of the island.  Just take out your boomerang and use it to hit her from a distance.  After hitting her, you'll be able to talk to her.  Go inside and talk to the Old Wayfarer.  You won't find her in there yet, so go talk to Linebeck and speak to him.  Finally, go to the Old Wayfarer again and Joanne will be in there.

Ah thankyou very much.

I had been wandering round the sea for ages trying to kill as many enemies as posible. Haha I never thought of killing the enemies on the island, doi.

Gamefreak

Right now, I'm trying to put together a Golden Ship.

So far, I've got the prow and cannon for it.  Masked Beedle sells the parts.

Hi no Seijin

So far, I've only been able to find the Gem Anchor.  But then again, it's been a while since I've played PH.  I ought to break it out and roam around the sea for a while.

All right, I've increased my ship to:

Golden Prow
Golden Cannon
Golden Chimney
Golden Cabin
Golden Wheels

Still missing the Gem Anchor, Golden Handrail, and Golden Hull.

Fishalicious

Go through the Temple of the Ocean King, and kill as many Phantoms as possible and hit EVERY switch. There's like.... five ship parts per round. I got most of my golden parts that way.

Personally, I'm going for the bell set. I have everything but the bridge... >: I have most of the golden set, but I also want the classy one... the red/black one? I love it.

Gamefreak

For the Bell set, you're looking for the Bright Hull.  I picked it up at Beetles.

No, she is so much better than Navi. So much better.

Played the game. Navi beats Ciela in every way. If anything, I'd compare her to a more subtle version of Ruto. She's doing the buddy-buddy thing on a level that's way beyond comfortable. And truly, she should shut up about Linebeck. I wish I could tell her that Linebeck provides a ship and as such, actually does something. She only flutters around my head and claims "WE" did it.

I don't dislike her (as much as Midna (that hopefully is impossible) and Ezlo), but I prefer Pinkle (:P), Tatl, Navi and KoRL anytime.

Hmm, not sure if I should classify this as spoilers.

Anywho, before I make my comment, I'll just say that I have all the pieces for the stone ship.  I would think that such a ship would sink, but I guess the stone is somewhat porous.  Or maybe it's a video game that never did take the laws of science too seriously.

[SPOILERS....Maybe]

Back to Temple of the Ocean King.  Start at the first basement and work your way down, killing all the Phantoms on the way.  Doing so (or maybe just defeating the nine Phantoms on B13; I or someone else will have to check) will give you two chests in the chamber before Bellum.  Both of them has ship parts in it.

Edit:  You only need to defeat the nine Phantoms on B13 to get the two ship parts in the stairway chamber before Bellum.  It's not necessary to kill every Phantom in the temple, but hey, killing every Phantom in the temple is fun and profitable.

Jeez, I beat the game, even __. Twice! It is so easy, I have no idea how you could possibly get stuck! Especially on the Isle of Ember. Easiest temple in the game! And THAT is saying something.

I haven't finished the game yet since I got no time, but I guess I like it so far. Doesn't matter if any of us actually like it or not, as we'll beat it because it's Zelda.

Quote"save Zelda, she's lame and was kidnapped"

Oh, Zelda's kidnapped like once a week, I'm sure she's used to it by now.

*Zelda, meanwhile, is chained to a wall*

Zelda: It feels like I'm dying inside.

Seriously, the plot is getting old. Make Zelda do something useful for once, Nintendo!  >:(

Yep. And the icon at the end of this video is probably what Link would be feeling right now if he actually existed.
