Why aren't there alot of female gamers?

Because my spoiled dogs made me insane, I must make everyone else insane.  That is my purpose in life.

I digress.  Where are the female gamers?  Maybe I should make a whistle to call them.

i dont know where u get all of this stuff! im a girl and i looooooooove zelda games! i've beaten OoT, MM, and WW. (but who hasn't?) my best friend (who is indeed a girl) introduced me to zelda games. i have been in love ever since!

I didn't beat TWW.  I don't even have a GameCube.

And some of us live in areas where female gamers are rare.

I'm going to get the Wii and just use that to play the GameCube games.  I love backward compatablity.

Oh, that's alright, dude. It was kind of my fault; you know, with my profile and all, but I fixed it.

Anyway, a list of female gamers would be nice. I wonder if a poll would give us a fairly accurate measurement of male/female separation in the Zelda community.
