Boss Name: room of shadow
Appearance:a black shadow
How it attacks:making your fears come ture
How to beat it: light of the sun god RA
The dungeon it belongs in: the dark home

Boss Name: Sabretache
Appearance: A swordsman in a plain red tunic and shorts, messy brown hair, brown eyes. cuts and bruises scattered everywhere.
How it attacks: With either the saber slung on the back of his waist or the dirk (too long for a dagger, too short for a sword, can be used for close combat and throwing) strapped to his right leg
How to beat it: You must outclass him in a clash of steel. Zelda never does swordsman on swordsman...and he would be your equal,too. However many hearts you have, he has. Granted, he will have different attacks and such, but it's still a swordfight.
The dungeon it belongs in: At the end, he can be Ganon's bodyguard or such.

A traditional European looking Dragon that breathes fire. We've never had any both looking like that and breathing fre (unless you included one with two heads, but I don't).

An actual realistic dragon would be nice....the closest we've had was the Fire Temple Boss is OoT...

How do you define a "realistic" dragon?  Are you talking about the medieval, D&D-ish dragon?  Because just about every culture on Earth, past and present, has a different view on what dragons look like.

Appearance: Saria, but constantly facing downwards, appearing to have no face.
How it attacks: using the faerie ocarina, Saria summons skull kids, moblins, and wolfos to attack you.
How to beat it: Carefully placed swordplay; Saria herself doesn't attack.
The dungeon it belongs in: Either the Shadow temple or a reversed Forest Temple.

I suppose like Smog from The Hobbit. He's a pretty normal dragon to me.
