You know, you don't have to use Malon, Zelda, Saria, or whoever just because they are the ones shown.  Take a sheet of paper and list the numbers one through six.  Then pick a number.  Note that I said, "a number," not, "a number one through six."

But I don't think OOT Link ever returned to Hyrule when the seven years had passed. Either because he died, or because he wanted to be able to live in peace, without chances of being bothered by people about him being their great saviour. In that case, I guess he got a Terminan girl. Romani possibly.

It is true, slightly... Kokiri are just human versions of Koroks, Koroks are their true form. The Deku Tree in WW said that once Hyrule was flooded the Kokiri didn't need their human form anymore so the Deku Tree reverted the Kokiri back to their orginal form. At least that's what I think.

And I recall another quote from OOT, but I can't find it or remember more than its message. I'll see if I can find it later.

Anyway, the quote doesn't say the korok-form is their true form. In fact, it seems like it means it's just another form they can have.

To me, it sounds like, from that quote, that the Kokiri is their TRUE form. They only changed so they could travel across the ocean and plant new forests, eventually resurrecting Hyrule. To those who think that'd take a very long time, there's an in-game quote that proves that each seed eventually creates whole forests.

Link doesn't stay in Termina. In any case, he returned to Zelda at the end of OoT. I'm more than sure that he returns to Zelda after MM. They seemed a bit more than just friends in the flash back.
