This somewhat-roughly translates to, "[Be happy], Vaati. I cannot understand what you are saying. XD " And...

B'ine ias German mo'b renaju'cer. B'ine ilcf Sheikian, mar'sporul mo garf.

...this somewhat-roughly translates to, "It's not German I'm speaking. It's called Sheikian, the language I created."

And the "b'" in mo'b essentially is am, but the literal translation would be "I is," as the b' is the contracted form of béa, which is the Sheikian form of is. This rule applies only to contractions, so it can be a little confusing at times. ;)
