Yes.  I came up with the history behind the armor.  And soon it will be a 4-6 page story on the history of Dr. Rabies.  Here's the short version.

In the ancient past, Dr. Rabies was a raging warlord who threatened to destroy the world.  So a group of people made an armor to encase him.  Dr. Rabies was sealed in the armor living forever.  Whatever you see now, is just one tiny iota of his former power.  But if you want to unleash terror upon the world again, then you can remove Dr. Rabies' armor.
