Well, I'm not a grammar teacher, but I will say it gets rather annoying having to desipher "well be bst frends 4 evr!" Just write it correctly for heavens sake!

Bad grammar also gives your voice a very childish tone. I mean people may be acting serious, but its hard to take people seriously when they say things like:

It's not necessarily just him.  Other member's could improve their grammar skills also (heck, I probably could).  I don't mean to offend him by calling him out, but he is the most obvious example right now.

I don't know much about that. You are one of the few people who EVER set off vocative nouns with commas (e.g. "Mission complete, sir!"). Save a few typos, your grammar seems to be quite flawless.
