These are the evil villians, not the main cast of characters, like Naruto, Kakashi, Shikamaru, Lee, Neji, and Sakura. (I put Sakura at the end of the list because she's done absolutely nothing until Shippuden)

They give you a url, but with a whole bunch a stuff with it, probably advertising. So I just did the url and put it in the image tags. It doesn't work though.
