No, he can't.  This beast is extremely strong, and has a very high armor class.  It would take several Chuck Norris's to defeat a tarrasque, and even then, the tarrasque would return unless one of the Chuck's can cast a wish spell to keep it dead.

Have you even seen the stats for a tarrasque?  An epic level character would have a hard time fighting one of those beasts, and if anything, Chuck would be an epic level character.
