1 engage in convo: get to know her better
2 flurt with her a little: joking, winking, etc.
3 if she flurts back then she likes you!
write a note to her telling her the way you feel
ps: wirting a note is the best way to go. if you get one of your friends to tell one of her friends to tell her, its less personal. she only like you more if you write a note.
