i can say that i will sadly buy it. so will tons of people. nintendo did this because they know people will buy it because, well its tingle, and people want 2 see what it would be like i guess.

The Tingle RPG should explain it.  Apparently, it needs a game in itself to explain it.  And this would only be for Hyrule, probably.  Who knows what went wrong with the Tingle in Termina.

Hey, if we're lucky, no one will want it so much that it won't be considered as canon. I mean, look at the CD-i Zelda games. Those aren't considered canon by the Zelda community, so maybe Tingle RPG won't be, either.
