Neither TP or TWW Link are related to him, as stated/implied in both games. TWW actually states it, (King of the Red Lions says it to Jabun) while TP implies that samurai guy is OOT Link, and he only says it's disgraceful he's wearing those clothes without knowing how to use them as a swordsman. The way it's said, my previously said implying happens.

TP Link is directly descended from OoT Link. According to ALttP (especially the Japanese version) only one of the bloodline of the Knights can defeat the evil that is destined to threaten Hyrule every now and then.

As for TWW Link, do you honestly believe the King of Red Lions researched Link's entire bloodline back to the days of the Hero of Time? I do believe in the Split Timeline (which was recently confirmed by Aonuma), but how could Link just disappear? Although the future is different, the past remains the same.

So, TWW Link may well, and most likely is, a descendant of the Hero of Time, as hinted towards the end.

And technically he still would be since she would appear to him as a prepubescent Hylian. Actual age doesn't really matter, but her apparent age does.

And Link growing old while staying with a perpetual child is...creepy, to say the least.

Creepy for us, humans from the planet earth and only intelligent life down here. Maybe we wouldn't (and thus, the people in the TLOZ games won't) find a Saria-Link relation creepy at all if we had a species like the Kokiri living with us in our world. It's just a matter of what you are used too.

Actually, since Kokiri don't age and that (other than getting lost in lost woods or killed by monsters) there are very few dangers in the forest, it is likely they are hundreds or even thousands of years old.

...I think the woods can be a very dangerous place; I mean, wolves, bears, snakes, poisonous plants... of course, years of living in woods protected by a giant tree would probably help them live. (as well as the fact that they'd all attack Link.)

Wouldn't it be awesome if the Kokiri could talk to animals?
