I don't think Marth has stronger attacks than Roy.  It's really hard for me to decide on a favorite, but if I had to choose it would be Link.  I basically have a favorite from each game (or two favorites - Marth and Roy from Fire Emblem, and I can't decide between Fox and Falco).  Basically, I like a LOT of characters.

generally, marth and roy were never good,they died very quickly when i played as them. Plus, there attacks are weaker than most others.

actually masterkey they tend have stronger attacks
then most charecters,really it depends on your combos instead of attacks if you link there attacks
they can be pretty hard to beat :)
