LITTLE BRITAIN!!! That programme rocks. It swears and can be gross but is sooo funny. As well as Dead Ringers, it just makes fun of stuff but it is hilarious.

My favs are The Simpsons and Futurama, but lately a Canadian sitcom called Corner Gas. I don't expect you know it. It's about living in a small town (150 or so) in Saskatchewan, and its really funny. Everything anyone does screws up. Always. Lol, its so hilarious, if you see it check it out! (Although there are some Canuck-only jokes)

And Simpsons and Futurama are fine.  They're funny without being overly crude.  I understand swearing adds realism because people DO swear.  But when people swear like they do in The Boondocks, that's not real, that's how a degenerate speaks.  Also you've got the other end of the spectrum.   Kid's shows.  Now I know that they teach the fundamentals of life.  But they sugarcoat it.  They sugarcoat it, put a cherry on top, and surround it with puppies and kittens.  Nothing is that sweet and innocent.

Yeah but when I watched this kid programme when I was little a dog got stuck in a removal van and was lonely and I cried my eyes out.
"Scrubs" is one of the best programmes ever it swears but not too often i think it is the perfect mix.

And there's nothing wrong with a little swearing.  It adds realism.  But there's an extreme to which you can take it like having the late Dr. King on a cartoon shouting the "N" word at multiple people.  That's just wrong.

Yes, that is right.  The N-word adds realism too, if used correctly.  Like in shows or movies that are historical and display the oppression of the African Americans.  But yeah, in the provided example it is wrong.
