Ok, I got a little out of hand with somebody in the last topic.  So...I'm making this topic for the sole discussion of DBZ.

DBZ is a good show (If a little old) that shows how you can make a quirky anime that doesn't have to be completly serious all the time (A problem that plagues many other animes). If you want perfect anime though you have to watch stuff made by Studio Ghibli (Mainly Hayao Miyazaki).

I like Inuyasha, Fullmetal Alchemist, and Naruto, but I stopped watching DB, it was running around like clockwork, always repeating itself.

I watch repeats of the early episodes, but after a while it got to the point where if I missed an episode I would be confused on what was happening in other episodes for ages to come. Oh and on the subject of what Anime you like, Whocares, may I suggest that you find and watch either Princess Mononke (From your description of Anime that you like it sounds like you would enjoy this) or/and Howl's moving castle (Ditto).

Never heard of them, I watch adult swim anime. Are they British shows? It could explain why I never heard of them.

Well, for awhile, Cartoon Network, ran the uncut version in their normal syndication.  Vegeta swore alot.  But that's not really a surprise.

Actually their japanese... But the DVD's are realised in the UK and USA so you should be able to find a copy if you look (Watch out for fake copies though, recently a number of companies have been taking various anime shows, editing them and selling them under different names. Just make sure that the name if the DVD is the EXACT name. Not one that sounds like it).
