I emailed jack as well. here is tale that has been told...

There once was a land... a prosperouse land called desert colossus. one day an evil threatened the land. He terrorized the people. Then, a beam of light cut through the darkness. Jack, hero of forums, drove his mouse through the spam sydicate, and forced them back into the shadows. The people enshrined the mouse, and prayed. An era of peace swept through. But once again the evil crept fourth from the shadows. The people waited for the hero, and believed he would return to destroy the evil once again. But the hero did not come. One by one the citzens left, in hopes to return someday when the evil had been vanquished. To this day, the people wait and hope for the return of the hero of forums..
