Wouldn't put it past them.  Nintendo is known for overusing certain franchises.

id prefer super smash bros melee the original for the ds nothing edited no new charecters just melee for ds

It won't happen. Nintendo has made 3 ssb games for it's 3 big consoles N64, Gamecube, and Wii. See a pattern?
