I think Ganondorf, because instead of being a pervert and taking girls for reasons I don't want to know, he plans on conquering the world. He even killed people while he did so with Hyrule. :)

One, you forgot Veran.  Two, Majora's Mask.  He tried to bring down the moon on Termina.  It doesn't get any more evil than that.  Of course, Evilslayer would be questioning if the above people are even evil. *wink*

Majora's Mask, I think. While the others try to rule the world by using a bit of violence, MM just wants to destroy. Or so it seems at least. We know enough about Ganondorf and Vaati to make fair judgements, but we don't even what the mask is. So maybe it's not fair to pick him, even though he/she/it clearly is the most insane and twisted one.

I actually somewhat agree about Majora's evil. I once read an article that showed that he actually tried to manipulate Link in that mysterious world Link appears in when he's sucked into the moon.

If you read what those mask-wearing kids say very carefully and then spend some time thinking on it you may realize there is a deeper meaning.

And that's also why I voted him to be the most evil. All the other bosses, you know what to expect. Checklist done? Okay, final battle then. However, unlike the others, Majora's Mask first starts messing with your mind....a lot, before allowing a clear final battle. And what kind of battle was that? Was he dancing, was he playing, was he making fun of you? What sort of body was that? Is it his?

Majora's Mask at least is the most dangerous one.

Eh, what the heck? I'll go with Majora's Mask, too. After all, to prevent its misuse, it was sealed away, mainly for its terrible power of destroying the world. Ganondorf and Vaati were sealed in the Sacred Realm and the Four Sword, respectively, to prevent world domination.

In Majora's Mask's case, it would be world disintegration! :P *rimshot*

I don't think majora because he thought everything was a game, and was insane, and was just plain weird. But Ganondorf/ ganon killed tons of people and tried to wipe out the goron race.

Hmm, Majora never really came off to me as insane, or that he was playing a game.  I don't know; it's been a while since I went head on with Majora.

Oh, he was insane alright. But that does not mean he wasn't evil. The Joker from Batman is insane and I doubt you don't think he's evil.

There are things worse than death, but Ganon(dorf) hardly caused any of those. Majora's Mask did far more horrible things before he decided to destroy everything and everyone. Besides, it appears Ganondorf knows what love, care and loyalty mean ( 8) okay, that sound a bit scary/wrong, but you know what I mean). Majora's Mask however does not. At least still in OOT and TWW, I guess a person could save his life by offering loyalty to Ganondorf (how bad could it be?) or expect a quick death, only meant to make you die and "warn" others. Majora's Mask on the other hand would just kill anything in his path with the intention of making them suffer or do something else that's very not pleasant either. There's a lot more chance you can reason with someone who "just" wants to rule everything than with someone who wants to destroy everything, even if it would not be his own world.
