Two things that have been bothering me for awhile.

Who says you have to be evil to get the Triforce of Power?  The Triforce does not judge between good and evil.  If the person who touched the Triforce didn't have Power, Courage, and Wisdom in balance, it would've broke.  If the person who touched it didn't value Power most, then Power would've gone to the person who did value Power most, whether the person was good or evil.

Yea, well, if you were looking for princess zelda and the one of the only pirates around was named zelda you might suspect something. Also she didn't even know she was zelda. And finally she wasn't neccesarily zelda, she only played the role of her.

Originally Link was supposed to get it in OoS.

The original storyline was that Zelda guarded the Rod of Seasons, but Ganon kidnapped her and as Link went to rescue her Ganon cast the seasons out of balance (I think) and shattered the Triforce of Power into eight pieces, which he hid throughout Hyrule.
