It is freakin' awesome!
The Wii's release date is 1 day before my birthday OMG!!! (It is out on a Sunday)
The stuff they talked about was great, I will be able to box against my brother in Wii sports and the Mii thing looks sweet!
I am WAY too excited about this!

If the Wii is region free (like the DS), you could order it online from the US and ship it to yourself.

I asked someone about that and he said something about NTSC??? and the power being different since it has to be plugged in and stuff.
I didn't understand what he said, but basically it wont work if I ship it.
I might just check online to see if he is right though...

You're right I forgot Europe uses a different electric system than the US. Though, converters are available.

NTSC is a broadcast method used by many countries, but not Europe, which uses PAL. I guess that wouldget in the way, but I'm not exactly sure how.

Yeah, I've looked around.
Apparently when asked Nintendo neither confirmed nor denied the fact that The Wii may be Region free. So I doubt it will be. I shall just have to wait
