I also wanted to ask all of you if you wanted me to put up my book somewhere. It's not Zelda related and I actually want to get it published but I won't do it until 5 people tell me to.

If you want to get it published, you shouldn't wait for someone to tell you so.  Just go for it.

Of course, that's not to say you shouldn't give it to some beta readers for some constructive criticism before sending it to a publishing company.
