Sadly, I know one of them. Today I got in a car with my friend's girl friend...
She jumped out in front of this lady, and the lady had to slam on her brakes and honk the horn.
My friend's gf flipped her the bird, and whipped out her cell phone to text someone... while she was driving.

Last time I will ever get in ANY vehicle with her- EVER.
