I don't get it.  Do you have to be a marine biologist to understand the picture?

Fish only have two heart chambers (technically they do have four, as humans do, but two of the chambers are counted as part of the artery or other.. not...heart ness) instead of the four that humans have.

Chambered Nautili have... well, chambered shells, which they use to keep at a constant height in the water column.
