Light Arrows are tough to get! You have to do something before you go to Cloud Tops! Then you have to wait a LLLLLOOOOONNNNNGGGGG time, so you have to get just about every item before you make it to Cloud Tops. So, Light Arrows, tough!

hmm...the mirror shield isn't necessarily hardest to find just takes the longest and most work.I would agree with Light arrows, they are the only non-required item, but I got them on first try. ;)
