I just say a preview for it, elijah wood is going to play eragon, and it looks just plan awsome it comes out sometime next month I think.

I think he was Theoden's son.

The Rohirhim and Theoden are from The Lord of the Rings.  I haven't read Eragon yet, but I highly doubt it takes place in Middle Earth.

By the way, I think Theoden's son was named Theodred.  I'd checked, but I left my LotR books at home.

The book is awesome, so I hope it doesn't make too much of a turn from the actual storyline. Besides, my sister says she's going to kill the actor who plays Eragon if he doesn't do a good job doing it.
