Almost there...

I let my friend play Minish Cap on my Gameboy, and she got sooo close to beating Vaati. But too bad it's timed... :(

once i just made it to vaati at the top and i died fighting him and i'm annoyed now because i can't get back up to him :(

The only timed part of the game is when you get to those three Dark Nuts right before the cutscene where Vaati is draining Princess Zelda of the Light Force.  Before and after that, you can take as much time as you want.

Yeah... I was a little confused, when he said, that she was soooo close to beating Vaati. So thought he was talking about, when she was already battleing with Vaati.

I'm having a hard time beating his eyeball form, the one with the arms. He just doesn't give you enough time to zap his arm, shrink down to Minish size, then run all the way back into his arm and beat those things bouncing around.  :'(

Try to do it when the arm is close to the portal.

Alrighty! Thanx! I sort of spoiled the ending for myself, so it's not the end of the world if I never beat it. :)

For a little while, it is.  If you don't beat those three Dark Nuts right before Vaati by the time the third chime rings, you lose.  Trust me, it happened to me the first time I played through the game.

I saw on Google video, some video that shpws you how to him. They make it look so easy!

I didnt know it was timed :o I never saw what happened when you ran out of time! I must see! :)
