From what I have gathered, in the Naruto Shippuden series, Sakura fall's in love with Naruto and doesn't like Sasuke no more.
Also, when the Naruto Shippuden comes out, it will be a one hour special. Just thaught I'd say. :)

Aw poor Hinata.
Are you sure she does though, because I haven't heard it, there was all sorts of rumours like Sakura going out with Rock Lee etc. (which I think would be awesome but silly, because Lee has Gai!) But yeah though she still likes Sasuke she does try to attack him, but she still cries when she looks at her Team 7 photo. :(

Nothing like that happens in the manga, as far as I know, while relying on Wikipedia. By the way, Wiki hasn't made that many Naruto Updates recently. What's up with that? I read in the Ninjutsu section that

Thyey already tried once. It also has tons of information of the ninjutsu shown throughout the series. It's very long (four pages, three for jutsu shown in the manga and anime, and one page for anime only, movies only, and video games only).

Anyway, i wonder what would happen to Itachi in the manga. When will he be defeated? By who? (either Sasuke, Naruto, Orochimaru, Akatsuki Leader, or Kakashi)

It will be Naruto. He always does everything amazing, big, and important.

Probably, but it could be Sasuke too. Only slim chance.

there is potential for Sakura to do it too. If she still foolishly loved Sasuke and was trying to help him by killing his brother, but ultimately makes it worse by denying his revenge....

Still, why must itachi have to die? He's one of my favorite characters.
