You know, if they don't post, then they don't post.  Sure, it's irritating, but we don't really need to make such a big deal out of it.

But can you stop them from joining?  Can you force them to post?  Just calm down.  There's not much anyone can do about them, and this problem has been brought up before.  There really isn't much left to talk about.  Everyone who posts regularly, or once a week, or for a couple of days every two months is annoyed by it.  We get it.  We don't need to say it again.  And this wouldn't be such a big deal if you kept in mind that what really should matter on forums is the quality of what's being posted, not the quanity of posts on it.  After all, what good is a forum if there are thousands of people posting thousands of posts, but not one of them is worth reading?
