Well, there are a lot of songs I like, but if I really had to choose one, I suppose I would go with the Filgaia, composed by Michiko Naruke.  It's the overworld theme for Wild Arms:  Alter Code F, a remake of the first Wild Arms game for the Play Station.  The original overworld theme is just as splendid, but is know as Lone Bird in the Shire, or Ruddy's Theme.
