hero's shade, link a stalfo?

 Many people had asked who's really the hero's shade that in TP teaches you the seven hidden skills, this theme had been debated but I thing I have something new. TP goes after OoT and MM right? so at the end of the MM link ends into the lost woods, if you remember in OoT some kokiri tell that if someone who's not a kokiri entered the lost woods it would become a monster or a stalfo. We know from OoT that link is not a kokiri but a Hylian so could link be transformed into a stalfo?
The appeareance of the hero's shade remember me of a stalfo and he has a shield like the ones in OoT. Many people think he is the hero of time and I think this is kind of a clue to know if that's true, also link could search for inmortality until he passed his knowledge to the new great hero. So is hero's shade the hero of time and is him a stalfo?

I do not think he's a Stalfos, but rather merely a ghost/spirit with unfinished business so strong that it has allowed him to keep existing long enough to find and educate another Hero.

I also think it is the Hero of Time. If the Hero's Shade is the one "programming" the howling stones, he needs to have a working knowledge of Termina due the songs programming into them (Song of Healing, most importantly)- the only Hero so far to have that is the Hero of Time.

You do make a good point about the Lost Woods. Perhaps during Ocarina of Time, the Triforce of Courage protected him from such transformation, but the Triforce of Courage left him when he entered Termina. On the return trip, he is transformed into a Stalfos. Or perhaps that's how he becomes the golden wolf- he is too pure of heart to become a Stalfos, but he must be transformed into something, so he becomes a wolf.

You mean, Link is the only Hyrulean knowing the Song of Healing? Sorry to say, but he learned that song fro the HMS, who either is a Hyrulean as well or at least has a shop in Hyrule (not in Termina). Thus, the Song of Healing appears to have more connections with Hyrule than Termina.

No, he isn't the only Hyrulean to know that song. Oh, I wish we had a list of howling stone songs! I just think the howling stone songs, if "programmed", indicate someone with a working knowledge of Termina and Hyrule (before Twilight Princess, obviously), and the only Hero so far to have that is the Hero of Time. The Song of Healing was only taught to a Hero (that we know of) in Termina, despite its Hyrulean origins. While it is totally possible that another Hero learned this by way of the Happy Mask Salesman or mere hearsay, the only Hero so far to know that song is the Hero of Time.

If there really is a Wind Waker song in one of the howling stones, I think it just shows how Nintendo likes to recycle their ideas. I personally believe the Hero's Shade thing is the Hero of Time, because it makes more sense and it's more interesting that it just being a random person. I do not think the fact that the Howling Stones have songs from Majora's Mask is enough evidence to prove this however, considering there is a Wind Waker song. It's just a nice coincidence.

Alternatively, you could explain it away that the original Link (or anyone else) wrote the song, passed it on to the TP Link through the Howling Stone, who continued to pass it on and that is how it appears in Wind Waker.

I found it at The Hylia (I have a list of the Howling Stone songs in my thread on the Hero's Shade, if any of you need them), and I've come to the conclusion that while it's stylistically similar to the Wind Waker (specifically the opening theme), it is not actually a song from Wind Waker.
