Ban evasion is, in and of itself, a bannable offense.  Happytime Harley and Chairman Meow are one and the same, and as such they (he) are (is) both () banned forever.  Starting to make more sense?

It's amusing, and he does seem cool enough.  I'm sure we'd get along just fine were this anything less strict than a PG forums.
