I just thought this would be a cool way to list all of the strange things you see in Hyrule, specifically in their houses. For example:

It is common courtesy to put your life savings in a ceramic vase and leave it out in the open for your visitors to break and rob at will.

MagmarFire

It is common courtesy to send people cows when they win contests. :P

Advanceshipping and Rion had better be Chuck Norris approved.

bgrugby

It is common courtesy for beautiful women to welcome strange men into their homes to "recover their health"

DW

and for the older women to replenish their magic 'energy'...

it is also customary to cut a hole in your wallet while walking through grass, so your rupees can be picked up by anybody passing by. Also, take it upon yourself to remove your heart and drop it in a piece of grass as well.

Hi no Seijin

Feel free to give monsters rupees.  It's hard work being a monster, and they get low salaries just like teachers do.
Best.  Cane.  EVER!
Secretary of Lolcats; I won the MagmarFire Award for 2/21/08!
Filler.Filler.Filler.Fillah!  Filler.Filler.Filler.Fillah!

A little tip to the evildoers out there: If you ever need to defend a dungeon or protect the treasure at the end, make sure to leave just enough keys to get an intruder there, it just wouldn't be fair to make it impossible, right?

Baka Nezumi

It is common courtesy to teach random boys in green ancient magical songs, feel free to tell him the secret of the triforce too.

DW

it is customary to cross-dress your young boys when they come of age.

train your chickens to attack in a mob when they feel threatened. Also, don't plan on eating meat anytime soon :'(

Mysterious F.

What about letting evil wizards/priests into your castle and slowly let them take over the government. And let's not forget making the hero go through thousands of obstacles and get strong enough to kill you when you could kill them when they're weak.

DW

also, make sure that when they are in a dungeon, they get the only weapon that could hurt the main boss of that dungeon. do NOT allow the boss to stop the intruder. Also, make sure the items that he is trying to obtain are at the end of the dungeon, don't keep them with yu.

Oy, now your talkng about cliches in the zelda series...

It is common courtesy for peasants to give others millions of ruppees.

Baka Nezumi

It is common courtesy to interrupt the hero and ever let him talk.

wiizard

It is common courtesy that the final boss do not fight the hero until it got the power to beat him
