OOT is first and proof

Some how I just knew those would be your exact words... Weird.

You can't really tell it wasn't joking unless you were there or listening to a recording, although I doubt you would understand Japanese.

Your only proof is that Miyamoto said so, and it actually seems that he was joking. All evidence points to TWW coming after OOT.

It's also possible that:

-->A) That after he decided it would be before OOT, he changed his mind.

B) By the time the pictures were added, he decided that OOT is after TWW and they forgot to remove it.

It seems more logical that A is the correct one. Because Miyamoto, when saying when TP comes in, addresses OOT first.

An example why he said that would come first is provided by me:

If you're talking about when the American Revolution was, and you don't know the exact years, then you could say it is inbetween the Seven Years War and the French Revolution. It would be incorrect placing the F.R. before S.Y.W. because the S.Y.W. happened before F.R., and it would lead to confusion.

Also, when Ganon got the Triforce in OOT, it was still in the Sacred Realm. In TWW it was removed from the Sacred Realm. Ganon had the T.O.P. Wisdom was passed around throughout the Royal Family *reference to Zelda owning it in OOT*. Courage was out of Link's hands when he left for Termina. The way the Legend of the Triforce goes; the Ancient Sages built the T.O.T. to block everybody from the Sacred Realm. The Goddesses put the Triforce into the Sacred Realm when they left, after the Twili wizard thing.

You seriously don't see where I get identical from? Go look at some pictures of both of them and get back to me. And I'm not saying they're the same people, just that they're obviously related. And ALttP would've taken place quite a while after FSA; enough time for their powers to dissapear.

My point in all of this, which I think you've missed, is that the sages in OoT are of myriad different races, while in ALttP (and by extension FSA) they're obviously not. Obviously something happened here to so drastically change the Order of the Sages. And I'm saying the Great Flood fits that bill perfectly.

That's right! After you defeat Puppet Ganon in TWW, (Sorry to those who havn't played the game yet.) Ganon clearly states that Link is the Hero of time, reborn. Also, after you leave Tetra, who just became Zelda, in the room of the mastersword, and re-enter the world above, your boat tells you about the legend of the hero of time, A.K.A. Oot Link. It would make NO sense if they were talking about this before any of this happened!

There are far too many Ocarina of Time references for The Wind Waker to come first; they talk of the Hero of Time, and in the basement of the castle there are mosaics of the Seven Sages from Ocarina of Time. Hard to install those in the castle if it hasn't happened yet...
