What greatly interests me, though, is that giant Keyblade that that one soldier had.

By the way, I heard somewhere that the three soldiers in the trailer were indeed Chasers; however, it may be wrong because I read it on a forum. The guy didn't cite his source--if he even had one--so we can't say that for sure either.

Anyway, back to the giant Keyblade. If you looked at it fairly closely, you'll notice that it does not have a keychain at all. This leads me to believe that that design is the Keyblade's true form. With that in mind, Sora's Keyblade, the Kingdom Key, might not be the Keyblade's actual form.

So... Does that theory receive support or rejection? ;)

I don't know. Did the Dark Keyblade that Riku/Xehanort used in the first game have a keychain? It could be something like that. There seem to be a lot of different types of Keyblades.

Which also leads us into many possible theories about why the words "Keyblade War" flashed across the screen. There could be something epic brewing up in the Kingdom Hearts world.

I just simply LOVE the idea about a Keyblade War. I really hope that Square goes through with it without making it a total anti-climax. ;)

However, regarding what CA said, I don't remember seeing a keychain on the Dark Keyblade, either. However, we do have to remember that it was formed from the Seven Princesses' hearts (or something along that line), so maybe that was the reason it didn't have a keychain. Still, maybe that's NOT the reason...

That giant Keyblade that the soldier was holding may have similar origins as the Dark Keyblade if we go with both of our theories simultaneously. Maybe instead of hearts being used to create it, some other part to an individual was used. A soul, maybe?

If it was made fo souls, or something else, that brings us back to MagmarFire's point earlier. He said that there were 3 symbols as Roxas drew in the Nobody sign in the Old Mansion Library. That third sign may very well mean something.

Actually, what Roxas drew was the third emblem. The Heartless and Nobody emblem were already there when he entered the library.

So then, perhaps that third emblem he had drawn is what is intended for the series in the future. Who knows? Maybe that's the symbol of the Cahsers or somethin'.

I think it actually just symbolized that you would have to fight both enemies..but then again no one really knows.

Another fight with two foes? Man, didn't we have enough of that up against the Nobodies and the Heartless?

*POints at CA* Kids got a point, it would be three foes if the Nobodies were still around.

but would they be? The source of them, Organization XII, has been wiped out...

MasterKeyX

It is highly unlikely. But then again we though Maleficent was dead as well, and she returned without warnin. Whose to say the Nobodies arent still around?
