Many civil wars, I see. Interesting! I came here pretty late, so most of that history is news to me.

Gamefreak

I wouldn't call it a Civil War, rather members who just mutinied.  The only Civil War I know of was between certain board members and Whocares.

I came on the 1st o' June 2006.

I remember the Ganon thing well, it was the first time in my life I was ever called a wench!
Yeah if there is anything I can help with, I would love to.

Gamefreak

I didn't know that Ganon called you that.

Anyways, I think the Ganon thing was the worst part of our history.  Although this past month our so has been just as bad, in a different way.

Mysterious F.

Ganon was worse. I wasn't here when he came back as a guest, but yes he was very bad. What's happened with bgrugby and the rest of April could be as bad, but Ganon tops the cake.

DW

This last month has been more of an internal war...instead of fighting one person (ganon) there was much more...rugby had become a close friend and great member....there were a lot of complicated feelings stirred up from this...we all had to deal with whether to leave or not, quite a few people thought about it, and we had to think about what we wanted from the site, what we thought of mods and who should be one...like I said, internal war...

Then it's been a war and a despression all in one. It's like what Japan was after WWII: ruins. With Ganon, it seems more like WWI: only certain places were attacked. (the site, not the members)

DW

I think what made it so bad was that rugby was right. While Ganon was at such fault, and was just running around doing his thing, rugby had a message...and he was right...that's what made it so hard, what made us have to reflect so much...

And how he handled it terribly.

Also, I've begun to decide who my replacement is. In an hour, you'll know.
