What I can't understand is how they don't improve over time. Some of them are over level ten and post worse than some of the level ones! Don't they learn?

. . . that's kinda what we were thinking back when they originally joined. Hence the reason that we were so friendly with them at the start . . .

. . . and we've learned from our mistakes; hence the reason that nowadays most veteran HA2ers will ignore any newcomer's topics who fail to have at least a passive understanding of how grammar works (Spawn, if you read this, this is why nobody replies to your stuff. Except for Leth, but he's just a nice guy). And also hence the reason that some people, myself included, have to nowadays put up little OOC comments in new topics requesting that RPers put a good deal of effort into each of their posts. Back when I originally joined, not putting effort into a post was unheard of.

Those certainly were the good old days . . .  

Anywho, like I said, we all used to think that same way - newcomers will either shape up or just leave because no one replies to their stuff. And it worked quite well for a while. Kasei was really the first member of the Spam Squad, but even he looked hopeful for a while until Sovelis, Nitara, and Cathy/Kayla/guardianoffire## all joined at pretty much the same time. Those four started to work off each other; whereas before the spammers had been forced to shape up if they wanted to get anywhere in the world, now wherever one person posted, the other three would swarm in like hornets and immediately reply. And trust me, it was a horrifying sight . . . one liners, lack of capitalization, senseless chatting, OOC only posts . . . terrible, terrible stuff. But the main point is that they supported each other while we all sat back, eagerly awaiting the day they'd finally leave.

We're still waiting . . . although I will admit, Kasei and Nitara really are doing better nowadays . . .

Yes, I've seen the way they tore apart such well-written and amazing stories and events....Poor Fight for Light...and they post in every single topic too :oyou can't avoid them, it's like they visit every screen every day...

Never thought I would find you here, did you? To be quite frank, yes, we have already crossed this bridge. "Valentine Simons" was actually named after Saint Valentine, you know, the Earth guy that started Valentine's day. It was just a bonus that when I was looking through a FFVII guide that my friend gave me for free, I found a Vincent Valentine. The image just stuck into my head, the gun thing was my idea, I didn't even know that when I made Valentine(for my books) there was another Valentine who used guns. I am sure that there are lots of fictional characters named Valentine that wield guns. So anyways, the image gets stuck in my head, and I am currently trying to give him a new look to officially make him my own. After all, he did start that way, no matter what you people may think. Also, just because I took Orpheous doesn't mean jack-squat. I took him, and gave him more detail than perhaps even Cornelia Funke could. I created the most elaborate backstory for him. It would make sense if you said you didn't believe me, because you haven't seen it. Guns, ah yes, the oh so powerful gun. What could less than a hundred guns, spread out through the land, not even united under one purpose, do? If Sovelis is aloud to be a dimensional travellar, than I don't see why guns, or more dimensional travelars, could be out of the question.

Anyways, like it said, it is dead. However, if people think they can slander my name when they think that I am nowhere around, they got another thing coming. Content answer? Please say yes, that way, we can all finally get over this bridge. I am so sick of being stuck on it. Also, don't bash Kasei either. He up and quit altogether, so it would be hard for him to defend himself here...


EDIT: Was that comment about how we ruin every topic diricted at me, also? I assumed it was. What a grave fate, aye? Watching others talk about you behind your back, at least we spammers aren't(in the words of Slater) "Hypocrites sitting in a church pew every Sunday, praying to God We'll do good." I didn't mean to get so angry, but I wanted to get my point across. Talking behind other people's backs is a sin, and one sin is no different than another. Sure, I have my sins that I am ashamed of, I just hope you guys feel guilt. Not that I want to put you on a guilt trip, but seriously, most of you here have all just commited murder, adultry, and the like(all sins are the same), and if you don't feel guilty, well there is something wrong. Just trying to make a point, and I am sorry if this edit was a bit overboard.

P.S. By hiding away the sin, I mean the talking behind the back part.

P.P.S. The part that made me the most angry was, "eagerly awaiting the day they'd finally leave." I wouldn't be suprised if you all drove Kasei off HA2. However, since you have had a taste(yes, a mere taste) or my feelings, I won't concer with that thesis..... or at least, not yet.

GUN ISSUE: One gun could defeat a fairly large group of our characters.

TALKING BEHIND YOUR BACK: We aren't. If we were, we wouldn't be doing this in a public forum, we would be PMing. I knew you had an account here, I've seen it before. I don't care if you see this or not.

RUINING EVERY TOPIC: When Kasei complained about how he was being kept out of some member's topics, that's the reason. We just wish people would stop making posts a few lines long without checking the spelling and grammar. Mostly it's because you guys reach insane levels by posting frequently in every single topic. If you made long, thorough posts to reach those levels, we wouldn't care. If you look at Sovelis, well over half his posts are one line long, and he is the highest leveled person I think. It's like cheating.

DIMENSION TRAVELERS ISSUE:  I will admit to having Rose come from another dimension.  However, Rose comes from an alternate Hyrule and she doesn't talk about it.  It's something she puts to the back of her head and even forgets about sometimes.  Then there's you all, having your characters casually saying that they're from Earth, never mind that no one will have a damn clue what Earth is.  And don't even try to tell me it's a different Earth; it's the same thing.

Thank you Saber, you defantly have the ablility to calm the savage beast. Guns, guns, guns. Well if you hate them so much(I was going to get rid almost all of them, leaving perhaps 10, anyways), I guess I do my best about that issue. When I read this, I couldn't help but think that you people were doing this in secret. I apologize for my madness.

And no, Orpheous, I think, is the only one from an earth-like place(we will agree and call it Earth). The rest of them either orginated in Hyrule(Phil, Gregory, Mr. Stewart, Simon, Stephan,ect.) or came from the Zega Moon Realm(Bou, Bingo, Zaphoneous,ect.). If there was something truely wrong with dimesional travel, than RG would have spoken up already. Do we finally have all this settled? Almost forgot about Valetine. I am still working on the image, but I am making him renewed. The only simality(how much they look alike) will soon die.

It should be common sense.  It's a flimsy excuse at best, and in all modesty I'd say I'm the only one using it at best.  If you really want an RP with dimension hopping where characters bang on about the dimensions they're from, I highly suggest you look elsewhere, because HA2 doesn't fit that mold.  Contrary to popular belief, not everything can happen in an RP; while Rose can dual wield in her back story, I didn't purchase the talent yet, so she's not allowed to dual wield in battle yet.  Unless, of course, I were to RP the fight, but I stay away from there when possible, seeing as how stat battles tend to be a bit fairer.

Okay...
1: I have recently began to conform myself to Hyrule, and Sovelis (the character. I'm cody.) lost his powers upon entering hyrule, so he had to get them back. (the seridium crystals.)
2: I know my grammer and punctuation suck. (And spelling.) The older posts of mine where when I was limited on time and had LOTS of loud and annoying people in the same room with me. The quality of my posts has gotten better, if only slightly. Also, I have a deformed hand, so sometimes I hit more than one key at a time, and I didn't take the time to proof-read most of my posts. I  DEEPLY apologize if I upset anyone with my lack of concern for my Post-Quality.

3:I have scrapped most of the stuff in my Profile, but not the story. I was in the process in telling Sovelis's story in depth, but HA2 went down. I also started my 'Gladatorial Battles' so I could learn how to be a DM on our fair game, and to get better at Stat-Based Battles. Sabertache/Shikamaru participated in this topic (And helped me understand about calling a topic an Event, Thanks Saber ) If anyone has ANY problems. then please tell me right away, and I'll try to remedy the situation as best as I can.

Also, HNS said something about the GMing in the fights not being done right, you might want to contact him and see if you are getting some formulas wrong or something, I haven't done any of it myself so I don't know...
