I'm something of an on again - off again fan of this series.  I play it, but not regularly.

So is anyone else a fan?

ME-ME-ME-ME-ME!!!!!!!

Ahem... I love the gameplay and atmosphere of Castlevania... What can I say that hasn't been said before? It is a beautiful and wonderful classic series...

Heehee... Favorite would probably be Castlevania IV.

The level design and atmosphere of the games are very very strong, though the themes. somewhat dark, it's still really fun to play... The music and locations are pretty good too.

Though... Quite a few of the classic ones may be too hard for most casual players...

Such a pity that the 2-D platformer is at its last throes.
