For me definetly the OoT ganon. He has a way better lair, he's harder to fight, he looks cooler, and he has a better "Take your opponent down with you" device.

I have to go with Ocarina of Time Ganon.  He looked awesome.  I loved how the swords just grew out of his hands like that.

It's a giant castle that collapses when he's defeated with dozens of traps on the way up. I'd prefer that. All he needs is an army.
