There proberbly isn't a reason, all of the zora's are women except King Zora, I think and the one you get the mask of on MM.Maybe a few more I dunno, but it is most proberbly because you have to realise she is an important character I mean Darunia looks different to other gorons and Nabooru looks different to other gerudos...
