NEVA!!!  :P

Um um I forgot what I dreamed about.  :-\

I had a dream about a good friend of mine. Analyze, plz? ;)

Here's the e-mail I sent her this morning about it:

QuoteYes, that's right. After sending you an e-mail yesterday, something worth mentioning (well, to me, anyways!) happens that I wanted to tell you! Strange how life works this way, isn't it? XD

But anyway, the subject tells it all. From what I remember (I forgot the main "plot" of it, as I do with a lot of dreams, unfortunately), it goes like this: You, other people whom I don't really remember (I'll just call them party members, being an RPG lover and all :P ), and I were, like, going through this old mansion or the ruins of a building for some reason. Some booby trap must've been activated or something, but I think the ceiling of the room we were in started collapsing on top of us. We rushed to a nearby staircase, which also had a collapsing ceiling, and tried to get to the next higher floor before we were crushed. I think the stairs might've either inclined a bit or were somewhat destroyed because of falling debris, but either way, you and one of our party members were on the floor, face down, lagging badly behind.

From what I remember, you--and I think the other nameless party member--were unconscious, and the staircase was about to give way. There would be no way for you guys to save yourselves, so I went all Indiana Jones on the situation: I grabbed Nameless first (he was closer to me; please don't kill me T_T ), got him to safety, got a hold of you, and rushed to the top of the staircase in the nick of time.

To get out more quickly, I think I might've dived to the ground. After that, though, you were still unconscious, so I stayed with you on the floor, waiting for you to wake up. You did after awhile, and I think we continued our journey through the mansion a little more before I...somehow arrived at my dad's house for some reason. I might've woken up after the mansion, but I recall a second portion a little afterward.

So far, that's not the weird thing. From what I see, we can all feel powerful feelings in our dreams, and in pinches like the collapsing ceiling, our feelings can make dreams like those seem real. I am no exception, whether I was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome or not. When I was waiting for you to wake up...my heart started pounding. Really hard. To put it simply, it was like I ate a bongo and it was beating itself inside me. It was one of those feelings that I could actually feel while sleeping, so for me to actually note it after waking up, it had to have been a significant part of my dream. And it was: I feel that I was...

...falling for you...

In the second portion, you seemed to have noticed my feelings. Truth be told, my heart was vibrating my body pretty badly. I wouldn't be surprised if THAT was what caused you to wake up. XD But anywho, I believe you sent me an e-mail, and for some reason, I was viewing it on the TV... Eh, I could've been using my Wii... But whatever. You did seem to notice, and you were like, "OMZVG. Are you, like, in love with me!?" That's more of an abridged quote because I can't remember the entire thing. (But apparently, I could still remember most of that abbreviation. Go figure. XD )

I suppose after that is when I woke up. As far as I'm concerned, it is because I put any more of the dream into the category of "Not Worth Mentioning." The experience left me...quite awake, actually. Usually, these days I wake up around late morning, like ten or eleven o'clock; this dream woke me up at around 8:30. O_O Quite frankly, I wasn't particularly...overjoyed by the fact that I did wake up from it. I rather...enjoyed the experience. I could still feel my heart beating pretty hard, I believe, but by the time I've typed this, it's calmed down to around its regular speed. However, I still feel quite awake. I would've tried going back to sleep after the second portion of my dream, but I didn't want to lose every bit of memory of it because it did feel significant. I felt that I needed to tell somebody. Thus, I went out of bed, went over to the computer, brought it out of Standby Mode, waited to connect to the Internet, and composed this e-mail. It's been the first thing I've done today.

But anyway... Yeah, I'm sorry if this...creeped you out a bit. Whatever the case, though, I just really wanted to tell you, and I have no desire to jeopardize our friendship. So, to summarize it, I had a dream about you! ^^;

Hope to hear back a...painless...response from you. ;)

Wow dude. I know how that feels... feeling like you might be falling in love with someone you probably shouldn't fall in love with. In any case, its a good thing you told her. I think this would be appropriate here:

I had a dream a few nights ago, and I was at a Halloween/birthday party. Me, (one of my best friends that I think I might be falling for), Dave, and A few other people (including[forgive the nerdiness] a few Naruto characters, including Chouji and Neji), were celebrating somebody's birthday. My friend at one point just leaned over and kissed me. I stared at her for a moment in the dream, and she stared back... and then I awoke. I left out a lot of detail about the dream, but thats the important part. I called her that night and told her, and we started talking about how it wouldn't be so crazy to go out with each other. But then, well, ... *ahem*

PM me if you want to know what happened the following night that justified the situation.

Its nothing that bad, but it doesn't belong in this topic, and I don't feel like making a new one. ;)

My real Poison team in BW2. They all have perfect natures and EV's. I went the extra distance and bred the right IV's into them. Come at me bro.

I dreamed the night before last that I was working with the Angry Video Game Nerd to make a video about bad Nintendo 64 games while he was staying at my house. He was actually really nice, and he loved my video game collection.
What, you expect me to say something witty?

Ever since You Can't Take it With You ended, I've been having dreams about doing extra performances of it for some reason...it's been a few months...something always goes wrong in the performance though, like majorly. I also still have my lines memorized. It's...kinda unnerving.

That was kind of off-topic. Remember, this is General Discussion, not the Chatboard.

Almost all the time, i dont have dreams. i feel like i sleep for 20 seconds, then i wake up and it's morning. i might have them, and not remember, but that's pretty much the same. like once or twice a month, i'll have a dream, but other than that, nothing.

HylianHero92

My dream last night was really crazy. I was in a room with neon blue lights, the long horizontal kind. I think it was a Bathroom because it had a sink with a mirror above it. I put my hand on the sink and looked in the mirror.

Oni-Link stared back.

I smiled and he smiled.

I think I realized I was Oni-Link at that point, although I think I knew it all along, as I wasn't surprised in least. All I remember from there is a feeling of indescribable Joy and Power. Then I woke up to find myself overjoyed with a giant smile on my face. In a split second, when I realized the dream was over, I was really sad. :( One of the weird things (as if this weren't weird enough already) was that the Oni-.....umm....Me didn't have any markings on his face. I think there's a really good part about the dream I can't remember as well because whenever I try to remember the dream, a feeling of excitement wells up inside of me. ;)

But you guys have dreams like this all the time, right? ::)

...

How likely is it that dreams will tell future events?

Depends on if you're born with that sense. For some people, its never happened, but for people like me, it almost never fails (if its a realistic dream). Sometimes dreams even tell of things that happened a long time ago.

I know that it's a possibility, I'm just not sure how much of one...I dunno. I had that dream again last night though, it's kind of unsettling. I'm not too worried about it, but it's still there, kind of nagging.

Hi no Seijin

I had a dream about coffee cake this morning.  Now I want some, but I don't think I have the necessarily supplies to make it. :-\ :'(
