Oh, is it the desert?  It makes the most sense...

TP Zelda

I don't remember there being a desert in MM...  ???

Keaton

The Ikana canyon was basically a desert, at least up where the Music Box house was.

Remember, Antarctica's a desert.  Ikana didn't get any rainfall during the second day, and a desert is classified as such by the amount or precipitation it receives.

TP Zelda

Oh yeeeeaah. Then there's the mini desert when you're battling Twinmold...  :D Nvm.

*18 hours later*

It's an event that has something to do with Epona... Now this should make it incredibly easy...

I will not post again until someone gets the exact, specific answer.

Meeting Skull Kid.

(You know, when he steals Epona? I thought I should elaborate a bit... ^^;)

Keaton

Racing!

Either that, or the opening screen.

Mr. Black has it. Specifically, it's the racetrack in both games...

You pass here, going around in both worlds twice;
A reference that it's in both games, and that you go around the respectrive track two respective times. In MM, first it's the milk run, then it's the race against the Gormani brothers.

wastes be your traveler to one, the other be of golden fields.
The on at Lon Lon Ranch is a beautiful field, but at Gormani, it seems to be barren...

set by parallel twins of dire contempt;
Reference to how the Ingo parallels set you up and harbor ill will against you.

but to lose is not an option
if to make friends
with respective twins

Double reference to the parallel between MM and OoT and the character models of Adult Malon/Cremia and Child Malon/Romani.

is thine goal;
then hurry along those fields
Victory is but a hop, skip and jump away.

In both, you have to jump over fenceposts to go somewhat faster (Well, in the first time around the track in OoT, can't remember if Ingo did it in his race...)

Keaton

Yay!  Sorry about the delay.  I had to go out, then someone hacked the site that I use as my default browser, (www.zeldauniverse.net), so I had to fix that problem, too...

All right, this one'll be from MM.
